this isn't possible the weapon skill(if you even played the game, if not its the thing that judges when you can use dual wielded weapons such as if you reach hitman level of handguns then its automatically 2 handguns in your hands same as the other 1 handed weapons)
STOP BUMPING THIS THREAD ALREADY ITS IMPOSSIBLE!  :yuno: :face_palm:
