Name of the mod : SAMP Account hacker
Where did you see it : I've heard people talking about it.
What does it do : Well basically, it dismisses the login box on startup, thus letting you log into the victim's account and fuck around.
What do you want: this^

Even if you skip the logging process you don't have acess on cmds since you need to be logged in, in order to use cmds, in most servers if not all.

Just open SA-MP using their username and fake spam kill ;D
Will hopefully ban their name. But will ban your IP address so if you don't give a fuck about being banned...Go for it!
