For a full loading the plug-in folder CLEO must be at least one of the scripts that use SAMPFUNCS.

If the plugin does not work, giving an error when you start the game, or just the game crashes, try the following:

Probably if you dont have this requirements you should download then reinstall your cleo 4.1 Its in the "Link"
Files to accept the Cleo 4.1:
Vorbis.dll , vorbisFile.dll & vorbisHooked.dll (Also it loads your .asi files) Put in your GTA SA Folder to accept your cleo functions 2.4
Files to accept the scripts:
SAMPFUNCTIONS 2.4 & INCLUDE (RakNet)
Note: Dont forget to delete all related of your cleo because if you reinstall cleo 4.1 to the same folder it will show you a ignores files cuzz you already installed so it to bypass just downlaod to another folder after copy all cleo files to your gta samp(replace)
Note 2: IF you turn on your computer in safe mode the plugin will not response unfortunately(will not work)
