I don't think this is possible... The loading bar is loading your gta files, it would not be smart to skip this as your gameplay would be corrupt (unless somehow the file stayed in the pc's memory when exiting the game)... Also, you can't use s0biet outside of the game, the game isn't actually started before the game is loaded so s0biet wasn't used to do this...

Theres ASI file called Crashes.Asi that allows you to skip this loading part. Good luck finding it.

I use fastloader.asi it works pretty well
