I saw this here on this Youtube video

Thing is that the guy is talasbudokaiaf he has his own forum and he made it but we cant copyright it but i guess its a script that releases the ip than all the other stuff gives you some random new ip. im not saying we have to make it im no scripter i dont know how to make some program open up cmd than enter commands i think silent does seen as he made a rcon cracker wich is simular. but we cant steal it because it belongs to them and i guess its copy right.
seems pretty cool because vpns i just cant find a decent one i found bart vpn but my trial is up and hotspot sheild people have used all the ips on it and open vpn just get problems.

You can use VPN and change IP.

Very funny i see you didnt watch the video and you can change your ip with cmd and this does it for you and i clearly said

I haven't made that rcon cracker. The original code (c#) was written by eider & then translated by Matthieu to VB.NET & then edited by me to not shut off & to repeat the latest password until the connection is back.

Do you realize you can reset your IP turning off your modem and turning it on? plus if you got static IP you're doomed, either way shouldn't be called SAMP unbanner since you just switch your IP, it doesn't actually unbans you.

hey but why isnt hide ip working i was told here to use that and when i log in it says banned and my old ip not my new one and it says fake ip and it says i have that fake ip on ipchicken.com and stuff has somewone got a good vpn (Not hotspot sheild openvpn)

Find your own VPN, i'm not giving mines to people who go around saying "i hax" and get all the IPS banned, lol.

well you can change your ip without vpn and use cmd but if you do a mistake you can loose internet on your computer i think you have to do ipconfig/renew to reconncect to internet and some servers ban your acount to
