* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully) Well I want it to be randomized so it doesnt lock all the time just sometimes, I'm not sure if this is possible to get done by cleo, I just want it to have a hit percentage or something which is randomized when to toggle and when to not lock

You could use a smooth aimbot, which is not 100% accurate.
For example,  the target is moving and the crosshair stays behind a little bit, it does not follow him 100%..
