Uh,basically when I press middle mouse button my sensitivity gets turned down to 20 or 30 (you decide) percent.If it's not possible with middle mouse button then make it the X key.Press to activate,press again to deactivate. Thanks.

Use sensfix. u can steer the sensitivity ingame with Ctrl+1+Up/Down-Arrow for global sensitivity, Ctrl+2 for aiming with every weapon, and Ctrl+3 for aiming with sniper only
