Actually, there is a way to do it with RPC spawn, but frankly I couldn't do it completely. When RPC spawn is run, RPC spawn should continue as a result of the actor remaining in the RPC spawn. But RPC spawn constantly like this should not spam. For example, when it is run once, the actor will stay in the RPC spawn. There is such a way, but I could not put it into code.
