Step 1:
Change alt in gta settings from walking to running (let left alt be a button to run, right beside spacebar)

Edit: i have gotten many complains that the second cleo doesnt work. i dont use this cleo so i didnt check if it works. sorry about that. i wasnt the one who edited the cleo, M1ZG4RD did

Frist cleo: automatically activates itself
Second cleo: activation key that doesnt work. you can edit the key if you want

It is good only for some on-foot races etc. Hard to use sawnoff or other run-weapon with it cause of time need to get back to normal run speed. About 1-2 sec which you can't shoot.

My advice is to make some on/off buttons.

Tested this with sawn off, and it's so fast that you won't damage your opponent.

But it's good anyway, goes in my CLEO folder.  :stoned:

I tried opening it with sanny builder but it didnt work, seems like it crypted  :watchout:

Yep,activation key is needed.
This cleo is really good....But in gunfights you really can suck with it,because you can't make a shoot immideatly.

Change left alt in the controls, change it from the walking key
Step 2
Add it as one of the running key (right beside the spacebar )
