What is this CLEO does?

I downloaded it from the forum here but I'm not sure what it's does?

It is a mod for lazy guys. You have a shotgun for example, and normally you can not sprint with it. But if you use this mod, when you hold space it automaticly switches to punch, and makes you able to run. When you stop, it switches back to whatever weapon you had before.

That cleo you've put in the attachment is 0 kb. >.<

It's made by me and springfield together (he helped me to edit it afterwards to make it work)
