So i managed to fix source code of this mod sobeit from 2015 which was outdated with build tools and stuck on windows 7
Fixed some anttweakbar functions and installed latest version
extracted resource images from older V3 version of blue eclipse in keys V3 folder you can use these images if you plan to remaster this mod and i think it deserves it
