Help s0beit error

So i installed s0beit on samp 0.3x my samp dosent say r1-2 or r1 it says 0.3x but i dont know where to download 0.3x r1 from so if thats the case but when i try to launch samp with s0beit installed it says d3d9x_25 is missiing from your computer so i get d3d9 from dll files but than my gta works but s0beit dosent and i got another error saying i didnt have direct x 9.0 when i have that so does anywone know whats hapeening it happens with s0nictz and trollbeit my game version is us 1.0 please i need help with this

you need R1 to use most of sobeit versions(at least all public projects).

d3d9x_25.dll will be installed with samp.

install this, then Dx 9.0c lib will be installed in your machine.
after install this, just install sonicjew sobeit.

Ok i solved it now i got a new computer windows 8 and all the direct x and d3d9 was installed
