SA:MP Cheat Injector

Hey guys,

Much Servers are going to code a anti cheat client,which is checking your Gta Folder.
My Question is: Is it possible to code a Injector like in other games,to
Start your Cheat after the Client has checked your Gta Folder?

if it doesn't check for modules running in your game(or, if it does, it checks only once), well... then a simple injector(as Auto DLL Injector) should work just fine.
else, something more sophisticated gotta be done(such as some codecave methods).
