Help SA:MP Handling Editing

So....... I know using custom handling lines in samp is possible. I just need to know how WITHOUTTTTTTTT s0beit. I know it's possible as it has been done before.

Please for the love of god assist me so my turismo doesn't look like a god damn monster truck. :lol:

Try to search 'Gta Sa Handling editor' or something. Its made by Z0DY ..

How come when i edit handling.cfg it dont work i look up the line for the Quad bike and replace it with the sanchez one so i get s0beit load up samp with edited handling.cfg go to GTA>Gta patches and do that custom handling.dat loader is there a different handling.cfg i need to edit

it's handlingTWO with s0beit I believe.
