Does samp actors act the same as the players when building from scratch a sanny builder mod? Can I use the same commands on them like I use those on normal players? I want to teleport all streamed actors from a virtual world to me (asuming I'm in the same virtual world as them) and I don't know how to start.
EDIT: The actors are already streamed on the map, I just need to teleport them to me.
