Samp Chat translator -in game

iam searching for a plugin or a .exe which translates samp  in game chats to english . isearched google many times an lastly found this  :surprised:

but i was not able to download the zip file -translator.zip i dont know why iam not able to :computer_guy: download the file ... SUm1 please download an attach it here..

I request OTher more Programmers to make a nice plugin/.exe ,which converts the in-game chats...  :imoverit:
i love to play on 1000/1000 sv but all are romanian sv  :computer_guy:
