Carm down, have you installed any mods lately like car mods or skins mods? Try downloading a new GTA.IMG file or repatching your game.

Providing us with that isn't going to help much.
Some more information you could provide is your os, recent installed mods, what time the crash occurs, server.. etc.
I'll just throw out some common crashing solutions.
1. Try renaming your GTA SA folder, just add an extra character at the end of it (Strangely it works a lot of the time).
2. Go into C

ocumentsGTA San Andreas User Files and delete gta_set.set
3. Playing around with compatibility settings.
