Help Samp doesn't open when I use s0biet.

EDIT: I can use it with other s0biets but not blue eclipse 3 can anybody help me with this. P.S. I'm using windows 8.1

How do I check my samp version?
EDIT: I found my version which is 0.3.7 R2 but I need R1 so now I need a download to R1.

I've tried with multiple s0biets with this version and it doesn't work. That's why I made this thread.

There is no 0.3.7 R2 client, that's the server update.
Try removing your other mods, if you have, and run mod_sa on a clean game.

Thanks for the help guys I made Slono Boyko work BUT I have to use the lowest resolution so if anybody can help me with this then that would be awesome. EDIT:fixed it.
