CLEO Help Samp Funcs problem

Hello I have a problem with the samp funcs here 2 photos:

And then it's just crashing me before it reaches to the login section...

Remove samp functions v2.3 / v2.4 / v2.5.1 / v2.6 .

I don't have it in my CLEO folder, where to remove it then?

Download samp functions v3.0 from this link :
http://www.mediafire.com/download/jecqt6rkxpf30jm
and put them inside CLEO folder, if there is already one, choose overwrite.

Also download these files too :

If still didn't work, download my san andreas folder's important files :

and put them inside GTA San Andreas folder.

Remove all existing versions of SAMP Funcs, use only latest one, remember to put in SF.dat too.
Install/Update DirectX (with SDK), Visual Studio 2010/2012, C++ Redistributable, .NET Framework 4/4.5.
