CLEO Help SAMP Movement with 200+ FPS

When I have 200+ fps IG,my ped movment is kinda choppy.
Is it possible to make like cleo script that puts your movement to normal while having 200+ fps?

i think thats because of too much fps
a hook is needed for this, i think, i remember at <200 fps it will be normal.
