No it isn't a virus, I got the paid version of MalwareBytes and it doesn't say that it's infected.
Also, everyone is using it without any complaints, so no.

I ques now ur anti virus is blocking that asi file, so u need change settings of ur anti virus and let it know the asi is accepted.
