sampfunc v3.2 sometimes crash

so I getting crash when trying to connect to the server, its like my screen is frozen, but sometimes it works and can connect to the server.
when my screen is frozen, I did restart my PC and trying to connect again, but mostly crashed than succeed to connect.
anyone know how to fix it? or I must to update my sampfunc?
Im using windows 8, and CLEO 4.
