CLEO Help sampfuncs 037 no longer work

Hi i reinstalled my win 10 and now samp starts without loading sampfuncs. It it there, sampfuncs.asi, but the game doesnt recognize it or idk, it just starts like it would'nt be there
Does anyone have a working sampfuncs for 037 (w/o virus if possible lmao) tx
