[SAMPFUNCS] How to disable console ?

Hi, I have a problem.
How to disable console to SAMPFUNCS 5.1.1 ?
1. I dont have " SAMPFUNCS_SETTINGS.ini "
2. I created "SAMPFUNCS_SETTINGS.ini" and put in file:

[Main]
DrawInfoBar=true
Logging=true
CheckUpdates=true
EnableConsole=false

and put this config in Gta San Andreas = Don't WORK !  :yuno:
Can someone help me, please !  hgodwhy:

- create a folder name "SAMPFUNCS" in GTA SA's folder
- run the game
- then quit and you will see config file
