CLEO Help SAMPFUNCS Runtime Error r6025 I need help!

When I install SAMPFUNCS v. 5.4.1 I got this error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: san andreas folder
R6025
-Pure virtual function call

I've tried uninstalling and installing all visual c++ setups here

I installed ASI loader and CLEO v4.4.0
I disabled my firewall

But it still doesn't work I get the same error.

Here how my root folder looks like this

move all your modloader mods to a folder who isnt in your gta and try again, if it doesnt works just move them to modloader again and tell me, this was happening to me but i fix it that way

I found that Project2DFX causing that problem when I deleted that mod SAMPFUNCS no longer giving me that error!
