CLEO Help SAMPFUNCS texdraws = lag | Make clickable box/text?

Okay ummm hi

SAMPFUNCS text seems to drop my FPS significantly. That doesn't happen when I use other texdraws.
Just wan ask anyone else got this too???

And my other question is does anyone know how to make clickable box or text in CLEO?
