Help Server thinks I am dead but I can walk around on my screen

Hello, I was using ysp elite cheaters.RU s0beit to fake kill, and when I fake kill I can walk around but to other players I am dead. Anyway of doing the same Thing using s0nitcz ? I want the server to think I am dead but I can still fake kill.

It's normal ... server thinks you're dead cuz you send packets which say you're dead..., any s0beit or cleo that has this hack will do the same thing

Okay but when I use the s0nictz to use fake kill I get respawned, with fyp I don't get respawned and I can keep on fake killing. Any help
