smaller font

Name of the mod: smaller font for chat and kill/death list
Where did you see it: n/a
What does it do: it would keep the chat and kill/death list font small
What do you want: below is the comparison. whenever [glow=red,2,300]gta_sa.set[/glow] gets deleted and when i reconfigure my resolution, the chat becomes small. as soon as i quit/restart the game, the fonts gets resized to a bigger one (which is the standard, i guess).
both were taken from the same resolution:

Well higher resolution = lag. Is it possible to create it more smaller by asi/cleo ? Also could there be a gtaweap3 just to replace the kill/death log like s0beit without using it ?

i'm on the 2nd to the last max resolution.
if there's a way to retain the small fonts without having to delete gta_sa.set, that'd be awesum.  h_stop_it_u:

Of course, yes, someone could make a mod that makes fonts smaller/bigger.

you could do that in the past by using a hex editor to open the samp.exe file, then changing the font from arial to son other one (calibri worked well)

I don't know if it still works though. quick instructions: download hxd (Google), install, open samp.exe, ctrl + f > arial > type in other font name (name not too big) and save  :somuchwin:

Can't guarantee if it will work. I last tested this on 0.3e  :imoverit:

Open samp, change resolution to 800x600 and exit the game, then go to Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files, right click on gta_sa.set and check  "read only". Every time time you open the game change to your normal resultion, the fonts will be smaller.
