CLEO Help Snny Builder Error

I am getting an error while compiling a cleo that i just downloaded the cleo name is heal and is downloaded from here http://ugbase.eu/releases-6/heal-yourself-(my-first-cleo)/
so what i wanted to edit was change the heal to 99 from 100 but it gives me an error Unknown opcode 0B34.
anyone know's how to fix this?

You probably don't have the sannybuilder data files for sampfuncs but i can't compile that script anyways it says "file access denied"
