CLEO Help so new with this stuff

guys i am playing a RP server
and need some things to help me earn easy money like auto getmats and deliver
but i am so noob with this things i downloaded this Pack here http://ugbase.eu/index.php?threads/rel-hack-pack-for-rp-servers.11474/
but i can't understand what should i do with all this files ?!!
i should download an install CLEO first or what?

and i wonder if this stuff is detectable and i can get banned or what ?

and if there is any better third-party stuff i can use

1. There are many other cheats you might find useful or even with a bit of research and logic you can create one yourself. A script of yours doesn't necessarily need to be build up by you from the start as long as you don't take credits for it.
2. Don't download useless things that you won't even use.
3. Yes, you do need to install CLEO as this helps you run the those files (.cs). Additionally, you might also want to install SAMPFUNCS as most of the files (.cs) use SF in them.
4. On most RP servers most kind of cheats are detectable so unless you want to get banned, don't use ALL mods for jobs / hacks... Some can be useful and non detectable (e.g automatically typing a command at specific coords). Be responsible and if you want to test things out, make a new account on your RP server. Be careful and take care!
