i've already did something close to this(at 0.3x).

easy stuff, doing the connection "refresh" at a "bugged" GM script.
there's some bugged gm that doesn't ban your ip address when you "refresh" the joining.
(P.S.: i don't think that NGRP has such fail... ).

i don't remember if jewbeit project has this function(probably yes ), but on my project you can find it at...

by "illegal guns" you mean... the ones that if you hold it, you get instant ban(or instant silent report to admin)?

well, if so, YES! you can do it.
and is very easy to do.
here goes the steps:
get any mod_sa.
run samp.
ingame press F11.
go to Weapons.
hit enable weapons cheat.
select your weapons.
get yo ass banned.
beg for a "how to magically unbann my ass" tuto at ug-base
try a popular VPN.
notice that this VPN is also banned.
listen to emo song.
cry.
cut your wrists.
end.

sometimes I'm playing normally and suddenly the game crashes and I'll alt tab to see what happened says it stopped working and it is only with the project sonictz, liked it a lot this error however hampers. I have a current video card will be the reason for this? the game is not recognizing it as well?
