Help This stupid msg keeps wasting my time

Guys why is it that anytime i post some this i get this msg "This message has been submitted successfully, but it will need to be approved by a moderator before it is publicly viewable. You will be notified when your post has been approved." :/ ITS SO ANNOYING. can any admin stop this???

If we remove that option, there will be so many spambots&advertisers around the forum. You can't imagine how many advertises/porn replies i disapprove ... And that happens only to some categories, not everywhere. To avoid spam.

Oh okay, well but it takes time before reply to a post. Any ways its good to stop spamming on the forum.
