I fixed my problems once again :somuchwin: but I got one more problem 
hgodwhy: that I was not able to fix....It's about SCRIPTFILES, See this :-
(This error is from SAMP-SERVER.EXE which doesn't save users file/.ini)
*** YSI Error: INI_Open could not find or create file fAdmin/Users/Testing.server.ini :bawww: :bawww: please help me this time....Im like :face_palm:
