Feelings, in meme terms, "The feels", are sensations that we get from time to time, these sensations try their best to stop us from doing important things, they try their best to destabilize our mood. our feelings are very hard to control, we try our best but they just win every time, this is why i'm wondering is there any way possible to control these feelings, because controlling them can lead to the mastery of the mind and, mastering the mind means you can control successfully your thought, you can fully concentrate on your activities(work, study, research,etc...). these feelings for me, they come from reacting with people in the real world, by reacting with them we get these sensations, whether they treat us badly, or something bad happens to us, that's when these sneaky feelings take control over us, they are like parasites, we cannot remove them easily. from my researches(that i haven' t completed yet) i found out that Siddhartha Gautama(The Buddha) master of the masters found the secret to this disease, and it is meditation and self awakening. which means you get to experience higher levels of consciousness that allow you to filter out any negative thought and, deal with it without problems. But i'm not sure how i could apply this, i need experience, it's not that easy to learn to control them, but i think it plays a big role in deciding your future, what's important is to not forget that you should always worry about these things, you should always try to understand yourself, the mastery of life is the master of one's self. :sadpepe:
