Help Very Bad Problem With Celo

Hi Guys i have a Bad Problem And i Test All The Ways Like : Delete GTA And Install Again And Celo & SAMPFUNC ...

And My Problem is This : I have Some Celo For A long Time And i Delete GTA For a Reason And i Install Again That But Now Some Celo Files Crashed me Mean : I Use This Celo Files But Now That Crash me  ... :face_palm:
Version i Have : SAMPFUNCS 5.1.1 And Test With 5.1 | Celo 4.1 | SAMP 0.3z R1
Name of Celo File That Crashed me :  TeleportMasterv1.2 And Lots Other ...
And i Should Say When i Want Install MGFUNCS Game Crashed :computer_guy:
Celo Files Means .cs  :face_palm:
And i Use Crack us v1 ...
Pls Say a Way For Slove My Problem ... key:
Cause When i Havent Celo i Think i havent Power  :yesyes:

try following in order:
1.uninstall GTA:SA completely
2.install SAMP
3.install CLEO
4.SAMPFUNCS
5.MGFUNCS
6.then the mods
if it still crashes idk
