Very Small Question about damage.cs

I have small question on damage.cs cleo mod.

When i change the damage, Does the damage apply on the players or apply on me? Because im lil bit confused. Like when the players shot at me the chaged/edited damage will apply on me, Or when i shoot the damage will apply on playerS?

The damage modification will be applied on you so you'll lose more or less health (depends on the damage value you set).
