Help VPN

So yeah,i need a new program with wich i can connect to listed virtual private networks.
I used Frosty'sVPN and OpenVPN Gui,but all dem ip's are banned from the server.
Who can help me with that?

if the new ip has a lot of ping, just disconnect, exit HS and start it again
