Can someone give me an war system for gang?

An - Use it with all words that begin with VOWEL sounds.
There are some exceptions tho if there's a silent H you use An also same with words that are spelled like consonants but pronounced with vowels.

What have you learned?
It's: "... give me a war system".
You should also consider using the plural for "gang".
