CLEO Help weather cleo

Hey, I need a cleo that sets weather and time either with command or pre-defined in cleo script itself.
I've found a couple of cleo mods that do this and they work for a couple of seconds then weather goes back to original one that was set by server..

1st : changer.cs
I'm not sure who made those but here you go.

/sett <0-23> (for time)
/setw <0-45> (for weather)

2nd : sw.cs

Put both of the files into your cleo folder then open the file called "sw" in there you'll find
Time=
Weather=
Set the values to whatever you want then save it .
Or just type ingame
/setweather
/settime
