CLEO Help What is Damge.cs?

Can someone tell me what the hell is Damage.cs?

In a few videos I saw the screen becomes red when we get shot.Like this one:

And in another I think it increases the weapon shot damage :s

Which one is it?And can you giveme the link of the one which increases the damage pls.

First one adds a nice 'bloody' effect on the screen sides when you get damaged.
Second one lowers/increases the ammount of damage that weapon do, i don't think it works on 0.3z anymore.
