I just want to know where can i get this 'super-rare' modification, the armor thingy at 0:54 (It also shows HP icon featured as heart)

It's a server-side damage notification iirc, saw it on some lagshoot servers

It's not server-side damage notification because other players do not get it.

I've seen the heart on a server called Counter-Strike I'm pretty sure..
