CLEO Help What should i have

ive got some cleo scripts and what should i have to use them like sampfuncs, cleo version and any asi loader

My cleo scripts :
HeliFastStart.cs-MOSH by M1zg4rd with ini-proaim-skinaimbot f12 opcodes-skinaimbot with mouse 2 opcodes

Help me and include any link if possible
