CLEO Help Where to start?

Hello everyone, as title say, i dont know where to start. Im decent programmer that understands code workflow and such. I know pawn and php very well and learning C++ at the moment. Every language or project has some kind of documentation but i could not find one for Sanny Builder (Cleo). So some links with functions and documentation would help allot, also some basic tutorials, like get in vehicle, drive to point using some path and such are very welcome. Also i noticed that there is some kind of samp functions library or something like that, if someone can explain how its working and how to use it would be great.

Actually im MOSTLY looking for documentation... I cant find it anywhere. I found something for samp functions (Kinda weird docs but it will do just fine). But on cleo (Sanny Builder) itself...nothing...like there is no documentation at all... cant find a single thing except tutorials...

By the way thx for suggesting tutorials, gonna check them now
