well , it cant hack samp for sure , it can hack some stuff , but its usually used for flash games ... its an advanced hack ... hard to use it.

It's not a hack, it's not 'usually' used for flash games

It's a packet sniffer, used for network analysis and malware analysis... and it's not advanced, it's a basic winsock hook'er.  :motherofgod_

PS: it is rarely used for hacking games, most of the games are protected against packet repetition so they use an index byte and a checksum to confirm that ur not sending the same packets again and again...
