So for those of you who have been hacking crazy enough to actually get that ban, you may know about flapjack's GPCI unban cleo or made a new windows user account.
There's a nice program called Hard Disk Serial Changer where all you have to do is change the serial key from the disk where your GTA folder is installed in and you can now rejoin easily. The reason why I prefer it over Flapjack's cleo is because it doesn't reset it every time you join the game so you have to type in stuff like /timestamp, and also the inability to use F8 and this program will only change your serial to avoid the ISP ban and let's you continue with the same saved settings you had before you got banned.
The attached file is save, I downloaded it straight from softonic. You can google it yourself if you want.
