The thing is, you put the CC HTML mark on the forum, you state that everything released is under it as it belongs to its rightful owner and creator; thus you can always manipulate the spread of modifications, including on other sites, such as BlastHack and Hacks4SAMP.

I dont want to stop spreading content to other sites, It's actually helping this site of the community.
Still, you can't set a whole site under a license it's just the way the Internet works someone can pirate work and can do damage to us due to providing Downloads w/o sources.
The Forum is even yet in a "middle" state, it's not illegale nor legale it's in a "grey" zone.

And everything is perfectly legal here; game modifications are not illegal.
As I said, you can set whole website under CC - all of its contect (or specific content) can fall under CC.
Don't make me go full legal-lawyer over here!!
