hmm i have no knowledge in this kind of things, sorry. i tried once to search about it but i didn't have the enough time to understand what really i should do ,, but then i thinked that playing on others servers better than making your own and then no one enter it ,, beside i have bad luck with getting visitors to my own site
so don't think i can do much with samp's servers ,, but i maybe i would make server in future, no one know

ENGLISH VERSION:
So i launch my SA-MP server on hostspree.org Control panel.
I check the IP and it says my hostname and the ping is updating so it means its online.
I ask my friend if he says same he says he sees "retrieving info or whatever that shit is" So i try to join and it says i cant connect.

R.I.P English ,, any way idk i think yes it's portforward problem ,, but since i didn't even found any understandable tutorial i didn't care about it ,, that's why i didn't make my own server lol

I think its a problem with my plugins like in my plugins folder it only lets me have .so files and not the .dll files which i need. i might have bought a linux server instead of windows

Almost every hosting is using an Linux OS (most of them uses Debian) because its 9999999999999999999999999 times better than any Windows shit.
Configuring your server to match your hosting data is the simplest thing you need to know. Wasn't that you Zin who played on my server last time ? Send me your Skype in pm and maybe ill help you with uploading stuff etc, I also know PAWN but thats not for free
