I really don't understand what this "fix" would be, maybe im just too tired.
This is the actual struct / state-values of 0.3DL:

C++:
enum Gamestate
{
    GAMESTATE_WAIT_CONNECT = 9,
    GAMESTATE_CONNECTING = 13,
    GAMESTATE_AWAIT_JOIN = 15,
    GAMESTATE_CONNECTED = 14,
    GAMESTATE_RESTARTING = 18
};

They didn't change since 0.3.7 iirc.
