Place decryptor.cleo in CLEO folder. This file mandatory when running encrypted scripts, otherwise game will crash.
Open cleo_cryptor.bat for usage information.

memory dump is the only solution with this type of encryption. Which can be further obstructed (for example) by performing constant runtime enc/dec operations on small pieces of code... with a downside of slowed-down overall performance not worth it
