CLEO Release Cleo troll - automatic fake damage

* Cleo name: Afakedamage

* What you need: sampfuncs 5.1 (I am using 5.2) and cleo 4.1

* Why i made it:
I have seen this tool on sobeit and i wanted to create a cleo whit its function.

* What it does :
A cleo tool that allows you to troll other players with bell damage sound (Only supported on servers that have damage sound) also you can customize the issuerid, the delay and times.



* Activation:
Ingame type /afakedamage to see the usage or type directly /afakedamage <issuerid> <times> <delay>

* Deactivation:
Ingame type /dstop
It automatically stop when issuerid is disconnected.

It does this : 0BCC: samp send_take_damage issuerid 1@ damage -1 weapon 0 bodypart 3

Sends server a packet that player ID/issuerid which is 1@ in this case has damaged you and you receive -1 damage with weapon id 0 on bodypart 3.
